The Short Version
Invoha is a client-side application. There is no server processing your data — there is no account, no profile, no cloud storage, and no data collection. Whatever you type into the invoice editor, receipt editor, or estimate editor lives only in your browser, on your device.
Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information. We do not require an account or email address to use the invoice generator, receipt generator, or construction estimate template, and we have no way to see the invoices, receipts, estimates, client details, or financial data you enter.
Standard web hosting logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be generated by the hosting provider to keep the site secure and reliable, but these are not used to identify or profile you, and they never include your invoice data.
Local Storage on Your Device
Invoha uses your browser's local storage to save your draft so you don't lose work between visits. This data is stored only in your browser and stays on your device:
- Drafts — your unsent invoices, receipts, and estimates, stored locally so they survive a page refresh.
- Theme preference — whether you chose light or dark mode.
Clearing your browser's site data will remove these. We cannot access, read, or recover this data, and it is never transmitted anywhere.
No Cookies, No Tracking
Invoha does not use tracking cookies, advertising, analytics scripts, or third-party trackers. We do not sell or share data because we don't have any to share.
PDF Export Is Local
When you download an invoice, receipt, or estimate as a PDF, the document is generated entirely in your browser. No copy of the file, its contents, or its recipient details is uploaded or stored by us.
Children's Privacy
Invoha is a general-purpose invoicing and estimating tool and does not knowingly collect information from children. Because we collect no information at all, no data of any age group is processed.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change how Invoha handles data, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
