By using the Invoha website and invoice generator, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
Invoha provides a free online invoice generator, receipt generator, and construction estimate template that run entirely in your browser. The services let you create invoices, receipts, and estimates, calculate totals, and download PDFs — all processed locally on your device, with no account required.
The service is provided free of charge and may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring the information you enter on invoices is accurate and complete.
- Complying with tax, legal, and accounting requirements that apply to your invoices.
- Backing up your own data. Invoices are stored only in your browser; clearing site data will delete drafts permanently.
- Using the service lawfully and not for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
- Use the service to create fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful documents.
- Copy, scrape, or repurpose the site's content or design for commercial use without permission.
5. Intellectual Property
The Invoha name, logo, design, and website content are owned by Invoha. The invoices you create with the tool belong to you — we claim no ownership over your business or client data.
6. No Warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we work hard to keep calculations accurate and the tool reliable, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoha is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service, including financial losses from invoice errors, lost drafts, or service interruptions. Invoices are generated locally and are your responsibility to review before sending.
8. Privacy
Our data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: everything runs in your browser, nothing is collected, and nothing is stored by us.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be announced on the homepage.
